Proposal Forms

The Education Abroad Office issues a call for proposals early in the academic year (normally the end of September) for the following academic year. The call of proposals will then filter to departments, schools, and units from the colleges.  The proposal for new faculty-led programing can be found .

For faculty proposing a program that ran successfully in academic year 2023-2024 or 2024-2025, and plan to make no changes, please see the abbreviated repeat proposal .

Proposal for programs traveling in Academic Year 2025 – 2026 are due to the Education Abroad Office by January 31, 2025. Some colleges may have internal deadlines, please contact your chair or college leadership to verify. [RS1]Link to the new repeat proposal

Compensation

In most cases, compensation for 9-month faculty members leading an Education Abroad Program flow from the academic department but are not part of their contracted teaching load. Please contact the Education Abroad Office for more information.
