• From our homepage click "Login" at the top right corner of this page and then click the button "Exisiting Applicants / Users". 
• 国产短视频Students, Faculty and Staff should choose "国产短视频Student or Faculty/Staff".  All other should choose "All Other Users".

• Find a program .  When you apply your account will be setup.

Incoming Exchange Students / Non-国产短视频Applicants

• Click to create an account and fill out the form.  This option is NOT for 国产短视频Students, Faculty or Staff, if you are with 国产短视频see above.
