University Conduct Board
University Conduct Board
The University Conduct Board (UCB) provides an opportunity for faculty, staff, and students to serve the University community, develop life-long skills in facilitating and resolving conflicts, and promote civility and citizenship within the 国产短视频community.
Cases that come before the UCB involve students who have been charged with a violation of the Student Code of Conduct and have elected to go through the Disciplinary Hearing process. Members of the UCB undergo a thorough educational training program to help develop the skills necessary to serve in this capacity.
The role of the UCB is to: (1) determine whether it is reasonable to conclude from the evidence submitted (from reports, witness testimony, and student testimony) that the student is responsible or not responsible for a violation of the Student Code of Conduct; and (2) if a violation is found, the UCB determines the appropriate learning outcomes and educational sanctions.
The University Conduct Board is a volunteer position only and has no compensation.
