Immunization Compliance Overview

Per 国产短视频Policy 33-002, it is mandatory for 国产短视频students to submit all required immunization documentation and/or the completed 国产短视频Medical History Form prior to course registration. Course registration will be restricted until you have fulfilled this requirement.

Tip: Your military records may provide vaccination dates, or you may submit a lab report for blood tests performed within the last 5 years to document your immunity.

The 国产短视频Office of Veterans Success provides specialized programs and services to over 2,000 veterans, eligible dependents, active duty service members, and members of the Selected Reserve on the Tampa campus. The National Immunization Information Database can be used for students to check and see if their vaccine records are on file with another state.
