Since 2005, the Sloan Minority PhD Initiative has provided $4M to maintain USF鈥檚 national leadership in fostering greater diversity in STEM doctoral programs and to support 150 underrepresented students within participating departments in the Colleges of Engineering, Arts and Sciences, and Marine Science.
