Inclusive & Equitable Pedagogy Program
The鈥疘nclusive and Equitable Pedagogy (IEP) Program鈥痠s a collaboration with 国产短视频faculty and staff which takes the form of a workshop series, Canvas courses, and a semester-long learning community.
This multifaceted program supports USF鈥檚 Strategic Goal Four and builds upon previous CITL programs supporting inclusivity at USF. Beginning in
2019, CITL worked on the St. Petersburg campus to facilitate several Professional
Learning Communities exploring individual and collective voices, inclusive teaching
practices and specific approaches to enhancing curriculum.
Over the past 3 years, CITL has collaborated closely with faculty, staff, and students
across 国产短视频to develop curricula and engagement opportunities. Our goal is to connect
the varied expertise and experiences of the 国产短视频community to create learning environments
where all can thrive.
The IEP Program represents the next stage in this ongoing work. Through workshops,
courses, and learning communities, the program provides faculty and staff with knowledge,
strategies, and support networks to advance our shared success in classrooms, programs,
and departments. By participating in IEP, you join a community of practice dedicated
