Dane Minnick

Dr. Minnick is a social work and public health researcher, educator, and community interventionist who specializes in developing environmental strategies, community coalitions, and public partnerships to address substance misuse. He has leadership experience that includes serving as Director of the Ball State Center for Substance Use Research and Community Initiatives, as the Executive Director of the Addictions Coalition of Delaware County, and as the Bureau Chief of Prevention for the Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addiction.

Currently, Dr. Minnick is an Assistant Professor and the Evelyn Duvall Endowed Chair of Family Development for the School of Social Work at the 国产短视频. His primary research interest is focused on developing new interventions and service frameworks for preventing and reducing the use and consequences of legal and illegal drugs. Dr. Minnick also has a secondary interest in evaluating teaching pedagogies and student outcomes within social work education in the United States.
