Make an Appointment with an Advisor

The Student Services and Advising Office supports and assists students’ academic success. We will help you with your questions about admissions, graduation requirements and offer support for your future endeavors, whether it be graduate school or employment after graduation.

All advisors meet remotely with current and prospective students as well as families who have an interest in College of Design, Art & Performance via . Download to your mobile phone or desktop computer.

For Current and Newly Admitted ¹ú²ú¶ÌÊÓƵStudents

¹ú²ú¶ÌÊÓƵstudents can make an appointment with their advisor through   –  You can access Archivum by:

  1. Log into your and select business systems.
  2. Select Archivum and click Appointment Scheduling at the top.
  3. Select Book Appointment and input your advisor's name. If you're unsure of who your advisor is, check the Contact page.

    Advising Area instructions: Please select the reason you are scheduling this appointment.
  4. Choose a date and time that is right for you based on what your advisor has available.

    Please note: You may only book an appointment 14 days in advance. All appointments are 30 minutes long.
  5. Provide your advisor with a brief explanation as to what they will be assisting you with.
  6. Once all of this is completed, double check to make sure all of the information filled out is correct and confirm the appointment at the bottom.
  7. Please confirm the appointment a second time if the option is given through email and if the appointment is online, you should receive an email with a link to your meeting.

Office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

For Prospective ¹ú²ú¶ÌÊÓƵStudents

If you are not a current ¹ú²ú¶ÌÊÓƵstudent, taking classes at ¹ú²ú¶ÌÊÓƵin a degree-seeking program, you can be referred to as a "Prospective ¹ú²ú¶ÌÊÓƵstudent." which is a general term. There are multiple types of Prospective students:

  • High School students seeking information to help them decide on their major and preferred institution
  • Students seeking information to help them prepare or decide on transferring to USF
  • Students who are currently in the ¹ú²ú¶ÌÊÓƵapplication process, have not yet been accepted, but would like information so they are ready for entering USF
  • Former ¹ú²ú¶ÌÊÓƵstudents who are interested in returning to ¹ú²ú¶ÌÊÓƵto complete their degree or earn a second degree
