How Well Are You?
Assess your Financial Wellness

Read the following statements and answer to yourself how much each statement reflects you.

- I am satisfied where I am today, financially.
- I plan my budget to the point where I can save money on the side.
- I have insurance to cover 'big' expenses resulting in loss of health, property, or life.
- I know exactly how much debt I have (if applicable).
- I pay off my credit card bills in a timely matter.
- I do not use loans irresponsibly and only take them out if absolutely necessary.
- I keep financial documents and records organized so I can find them easily.
- If I want a friend to go to eat with me, even if they cannot afford to, I do not pressure them to go.
- I am not pressured to spend money by friends.
If you answer 鈥渟ometimes,鈥 鈥渞arely,鈥 or 鈥渘ever鈥 for any of the statements, there is room for improvement. You can check out these campus resources for help.
