Throughout the pandemic, ¹ú²ú¶ÌÊÓƵInformation Technology rapidly deployed new solutions that aided in efforts to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and created applications within weeks that provided financial, academic and emotional support to students. It was a tremendous lift that kept students on track in their studies – all made possible by IT’s pre-COVID technical strategy.

Leadership in providing with the public consistent projections of COVID-19 infections and hospitalizations has prompted the launch of a USF-led global modeling project sponsored by Microsoft that can ultimately help scientists more swiftly identify and respond to the threat of emerging infectious diseases.
