Schedule a call with a ¹ú²ú¶ÌÊÓƵHousing & Residential Education representative! 

Housing & Residential Education at the ¹ú²ú¶ÌÊÓƵ now offers a personalized housing service, Bullpen Booking, to provide scheduled, individualized assistance to those who have questions about living on campus.  
 
The appointments are 15–30-minute one-on-one appointments over the phone with a housing team member where you can receive personalized assistance without waiting in the phone queue. You can schedule your appointment with a housing representative at your convenience by completing this . Once you schedule your appointment, one of our housing representatives will call you at the scheduled time.  
 
Topics covered on a Bullpen Booking call range from on-campus housing options, residential benefits, hall rates, housing process questions, and more. We are here to answer all your questions about living on campus. Please note: questions related to appeals decisions cannot be covered in Bullpen Booking calls; however, we would be happy to assist you in accessing the appeals form. When are Bullpen Booking appointments available? 
Bullpen Booking appointments are offered Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 10 – 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 - 4 p.m. EST. You can schedule your appointment with a housing representative by completing .  
 
How long are Bullpen Booking appointments? 
Bullpen Booking appointments range from 15-30 minutes.  
 
Who can schedule a Bullpen Booking appointment?

Can I schedule an appointment with an international phone number?
Yes. You will need to indicate that you are using an international phone number when you book your appointment, and you will be asked to call our office at your scheduled time.
 
Can I meet with a housing team member in person? 
At this time, Housing & Residential Education is not receiving walk-ins, housing tours, or in-person meetings.

How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment? 
To reschedule or cancel your Bullpen Booking appointment, e-mail us at housing@usf.edu with your name and scheduled appointment details. Please include if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment in the message.  
 
Do I have to schedule an appointment to ask a question about housing? 
No. We answer calls and e-mails Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (excluding observed holidays and campus closures). The purpose of the Bullpen Booking program is to receive extended individualized support with no wait time.  
 
Who will I be speaking with during my call? 
Bullpen Booking calls are conducted by professional staff members from ¹ú²ú¶ÌÊÓƵHousing & Residential Education.   
 
What number will the housing representative call me from? 
The housing representative will call you from the main office line: 813-974-0001.  
 
Why is the call recorded? 
All Bullpen Booking calls are recorded for quality assurance purposes.  
 
Can I make more than one Bullpen Booking appointment? 
Yes, you can make multiple Bullpen Booking appointments. You just need to complete to book each appointment.  
 
Can my parent, guardian, or family member join the call? 
Yes, a parent, guardian, or family member can join the Bullpen Booking appointment with you.  
 
Can a parent, guardian, or family member schedule an appointment? 
Yes, a parent, guardian, or family member can schedule and attend a Bullpen Booking appointment. However, there may be some information our team is unable to share due to privacy laws.  
 
Will the housing representative be able to help me with Florida Prepaid questions? 
Our team can confirm Florida Prepaid is accepted by the university. However, specific questions related to Florida Prepaid should be directed to the ¹ú²ú¶ÌÊÓƵCashier’s office.
