Social work assistant professor of instruction helps establish 国产短视频Pride ERG

David Kilmnick

Kilmnick is a leading national advocate within the LGBT communities.

Thanks to School of Social Work Assistant Professor of Instruction David Kilmnick, PhD, MSW, the 国产短视频Pride Employee Resource Group (ERG): LGBTQ+ Faculty and Staff Association has been approved and officially established. Kilmnick is the contact with 国产短视频Human Resources and serves on the leadership team working with faculty from the Muma College of Business and 国产短视频Health. 

The mission of the 国产短视频Pride ERG is to foster an inclusive environment for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) employees, enabling authenticity and optimal performance, thus fostering a sense of belonging at USF. The Pride ERG also supports USF's diversity goals by supporting the recruitment and retention of LGBTQ+ staff and faculty.

Over the last 30 years, Kilmnick has worked tirelessly to end homophobia and transphobia by building successful non-profit organizations that support and advocate for the LGBT communities in Long Island and New York City. 

The 国产短视频Pride ERG is open to all 国产短视频employees who support the group's vision and mission.
