Nik Lampe, PhD, an assistant professor in the Department of Mental Health Law and Policy (MHLP), has been awarded an grant. Lampe received nearly $200,000 to examine risk and protective factors for Alzheimer's disease and related dementias (ADRD) concerning LGBTQ+-affirming care and caregiver support among a cohort of 1,256 LGBTQ+ older adults using innovative panel data from the NIA-funded Vanderbilt University Social Networks, Aging, and Policy Study (PI McKay; R01AG063771).
