Application Checklist

  • Apply to the Bulls Business Community

  • Please read the expectations for all participants section of the application. So that all information is recorded accurately, please print each response. Finally, make sure that you have signed and dated the completed document.

  • Ask for two letters of recommendation
    The letter can be written by any current or former teacher or faculty member. Please have the reference (the person writing you the letter) place the document in an envelope and sign their names across the back flap of the envelope. Please include both letters with the other materials that you submit. If submitting via email, the letters of recommendation need to come from the recommender's email account.

  • Create an academic/professional résumé
    The résumé should use a business-style format. Please remember to include academic awards and honors, positions of leadership, memberships in clubs and organizations, extracurricular activities, and employment. In addition, please provide an estimate of how much time is devoted per week for each item.

  • Photograph
    Please include a photograph to allow us recognize and identify you for the interview appointment.

Submission of your materials

Please submit all items using mail delivery or via email to bizhonors@usf.edu. Please make sure that the mailed application is signed and dated.

Once received, an e-mail confirmation will be sent – If a reasonable time has passed, please feel free to contact bizhonors@usf.edu to confirm the arrival of your materials.

For all qualified candidates face-to-face or virtual interviews will be conducted. You will be contacted to set up an appointment.

Interviews will be approximately 15 to 25 minutes in length and on an invitation only basis. Please remember that only twenty students will be selected for the program.
