Dr. McCracken presented for Florida and Massachusetts Chapters of the National Organization for Women (NOW): Sex Work, Sex Trafficking and Violence: Legislative Policies and Their Impact. In this webinar, Dr. McCracken led a discussion on prostitution policy, trafficking in the sex industry, and the differences between them. She focused specifically on the different legislative systems that currently exist internationally and how they impact violence and trafficking in the sex industry and offers recommendations to integrate human rights-based practices into our prostitution and trafficking policies and legislation (7 May 2020).
