How To Have Fearlessly Curious Conversations In Dangerously Divided Times
Presented by the College of Arts & Sciences and the Judy Genshaft Honors College.
About the Event
During this conversation, journalist Mónica Guzmán, Assistant Professor of Instruction
in the Department of Journalism and Digital Communication Matt Reichel, and student
Sam Recheck will take guests to the real front lines of a crisis that threatens to
grind America to a halt - broken conversations among confounded people.
Guzmán will highlight how best to overcome the fear and certainty that surround us
to finally do what only seems impossible: understand and even learn from people in
your life whose whole worldview is different from or even opposed to yours.
The conversation will be followed by a Q&A session.
